Heywood Academy Steel Signing Event

As the development of new school, Heywood Academy, continues, Tilbury Douglas invited stakeholders to site in order to sign the steel beams.

Messages of 'good luck' were written by those in attendance and the event was captured by a photography team of students on the Destiny Pathway.

All members of the steel signing party were greeted with their own PPE, a brew and a butty to start the day!

Max and Johnny were the students in charge of photography for the day.

They also represented students across New Bridge MAT by signing the steels.

Also in attendance were staff from New Bridge College, Brendan Handrick and Dan Holland. 

New Bridge MAT CEO, Clare John, was joined by Councillor Rachel Massey, as they each wrote their own messages on the steel beams.
