Happy Friday, everyone,

As we approach the end of another busy week, I want to take a moment to share some highlights and look ahead to the exciting activities planned for December.

One of the standout moments recently was our presentation evening, which celebrated the conclusion of this year’s Aspirational Leaders course.

It was inspiring to witness the participants showcase their ideas and insights in front a room full of existing leaders from across our schools.

Their presentations not only provided a valuable glimpse into the next generation of our leaders but also brought a wonderful mix of inspiration and laughter—something I believe is essential for effective leadership.

A heartfelt thank you to all the participants, as well as to Gill Robinson and Moira Thompson for facilitating the course.

As we move into December, we officially enter the busy run-up to Christmas!

The next three weeks will be filled with numerous activities, events and celebrations across the trust.

While it may seem like a lot to fit into such a short time, I’m confident that our fantastic teams can handle it with the same dedication and enthusiasm they demonstrate all year round.

Let’s make the most of this time of year, supporting one another and showcasing the incredible work happening throughout New Bridge MAT.
