Happy Friday, all

It has been another wonderful week here at New Bridge MAT, and I wanted to take a moment to share some highlights with you.

I had the pleasure of meeting several new staff members during our new starter induction.

It was inspiring to engage with individuals from different sites and roles, discussing what unites us as a Multi Academy Trust. It's these shared values and missions that bind us together, and I’m excited to see how our newest members will contribute to our journey.

Elsewhere, I’ve been attending some recent governors' meetings, which have been both rewarding and insightful.

I’m particularly thrilled by the progress of our two newest schools, Thomas Ashton and Heywood.

The amount of work accomplished in such a short time is impressive, and it’s great to witness the enthusiasm from our team and the valuable perspectives shared by parent governors.

As we approach the festive season, I want to acknowledge the incredible efforts everyone has put into making Christmas celebrations special for our young people. This term can be quite challenging, but the energy and creativity you all bring truly make a difference in our students’ lives.

Wishing you all a fantastic weekend ahead! We’ve got just one more week to go before we wrap up this term, so let’s finish strong!
