Whilst driving into work every morning, I’m unashamedly tuned into Chris Evans on his Virgin Radio breakfast show.
It’s been a funny old week.
Another week passes.
As I said last week, on Monday I was asked, alongside Laura from Hollinwood, to present to another trust about the work we are doing with our iPads.
My week began and ended in London with Bury, Oldham and Ashton stuck in the middle.
On Monday I attended a new national network of Chief Executives.
What a super week.
My week started with a meeting with Oldham Local Authority about the impending SEND area Ofsted review.
Well, I’m back into the swing and don’t I know it!
One moment it’s Monday morning, the next it’s Friday afternoon. When you are busy the week absolutely flies by.
Welcome back everyone. Can I offer an extra special welcome to the children and families that are new to our schools.
The end of another school year.
They seem to fly by so fast.
It’s been another week of celebration – for lots of reasons.
I had the pleasure of attending the Royal Oldham Hospital Bridging the Gap graduation ceremony earlier in the week.
After some of the frustrations of the previous week, this has been one of celebration that was tempered with some dreadful news that we all heard on Friday.
First of all, the celebrations.
